\-Living a life on the rails means getting into an awful lot of scrapes, whether you mean to or not. Take enough hits, and the new ones don’t seem nearly as bad. For every 10 points, you can negate half damage from an improvised weapon or bare hands once per day.

\-When you’re in a fight in an alley, chances are you didn’t have the presence of mind to bring anything with you but your bare hands. A success with this skill (rolling under skill level) allows you to grab something nearby and strike with it in the same round. Failure means the item is retrieved and readied for combat normally. Critical failure and it’s either flung into a wall or into your face, at the GM’s discretion.

This skill enables you to find and interpret special signs and markers left behind by those who came before, giving you access to a wealth of information on the area you are in.

Found “The Wing” one day while living his normal life with his normal job and his normal wife. The Wing was all important. The Wing drove him to where he is now. The Wing has cost him everything. Now all he has left are his regrets. His regrets, and of course, The Wing.
Bitter, surly, and unkempt, but has a good side buried underneath
To suggest his efforts have been pointless or not worth it. He knows damn well what he’s lost, and he doesn’t need anyone’s help reminding him.
